Getting a Quote
The process starts with a quote, and we try to make that as easy as possible. You can fill out the form on our website, call us, or text us at (609) 255-3787. If you want, we can do a same-day estimate over FaceTime. You walk around your property with your phone, show us what needs cleaning, and we'll have a number for you within minutes.
For bigger jobs or commercial properties, we'll schedule an in-person walkthrough. Either way, you'll get a clear, written quote before anything happens.
Scheduling the Job
Once you approve the quote, we'll find a date that works for you. During busy season (spring and fall), we're usually booking about a week out. Off-season, we can often get to you within a few days.
You'll get a confirmation with the date, time window, and what to expect. If weather looks like an issue, we'll reach out ahead of time to reschedule rather than showing up and doing a mediocre job in bad conditions.
Day of the Job
We show up on time with everything we need. No asking to use your hose, no borrowing your ladder. We bring our own water supply for some jobs, our own equipment, our own cleaning solutions.
Before we start, we do a quick walk around the property together (if you're home) to confirm the scope of work and point out anything we should be careful around, like garden beds, outdoor furniture, or pets.
Depending on the service, here's a rough idea of what to expect:
For window cleaning, most homes take 2 to 4 hours. We clean inside and out, wipe down the sills and frames, and make sure there are no streaks. For power washing a driveway and walkways, figure about 1 to 3 hours depending on size. A full soft wash of a home's exterior takes about 3 to 5 hours.
After We're Done
We do a final walkthrough, either with you in person or over FaceTime if you're not home. We want to make sure everything looks right before we pack up. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we fix it on the spot.
After that, we'll send an invoice (or you can pay on-site), and you're all set. No surprise charges, no add-ons you didn't agree to.
Do You Need to Be Home?
For exterior-only work like power washing, soft washing, and outside-only window cleaning, you don't need to be there. Just make sure we can access the areas that need cleaning and that pets are secured.
For interior window cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in, but you don't need to follow us around. Most people just go about their day while we work.
