1. Services & Scope
Pleasant View Cleaning LLC ("Company") will perform the exterior cleaning services described in this quote at the agreed price. Services are limited to the described scope. Additional services require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept Zelle, Venmo, ACH transfer, check, and cash. Checks should be made payable to Pleasant View Cleaning LLC. The Company reserves the right to pause or withhold completion of service if prior balances remain unpaid.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Client may cancel or reschedule without penalty with at least 72 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the agreed service amount. No-shows on the scheduled service date without prior notice will be billed the full agreed amount.

4. Property Damage Liability
The Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the performance of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for the specific service in which the alleged damage occurred. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind. Client must inspect all work areas within 24 hours of service completion and submit any damage claim in writing to info@pleasantviewcleaning.co. Claims submitted more than 24 hours after service completion will not be considered. Client agrees to notify the Company prior to service of any fragile, damaged, delicate, improperly sealed, or sensitive surfaces or materials. The Company assumes no liability for damage to undisclosed items or surfaces. The Company is not responsible for water or cleaning solution intrusion through pre-existing gaps, cracks, damaged caulking, improper seals, or any structural deficiency.

5. Pre-Existing Conditions
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, deterioration, rot, rust, discoloration, paint failure, or defects discovered during service. The Company documents property conditions with photographs before, during, and after every service. Surfaces showing signs of prior weathering, failed coatings, structural compromise, or deferred maintenance are cleaned at the Client's sole risk.

6. Client Responsibilities
Client confirms they are the legal owner of the property or hold full authority to authorize exterior cleaning services on the premises. Client agrees to: provide safe, unobstructed access to all service areas; remove or secure outdoor furniture, vehicles, and personal property from work areas; keep pets and children clear of work areas during service; close all windows, doors, skylights, and exterior openings prior to service; and notify the Company of any areas requiring special handling before service begins.

7. Water Access Authorization
Client grants the Company permission to access and use the on-site water supply (exterior hose bib or spigot) as necessary. Client confirms water access is available and operational on the service date. If water is unavailable, Client must notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance. The Company assumes no liability for service limitations from inadequate or unavailable water supply not disclosed prior to arrival.

8. Weather & Rescheduling
The Company reserves the right to reschedule service due to unsafe weather conditions at no additional charge. The Company will provide prompt notice and coordinate a mutually agreeable alternative date.

9. Photo & Video Consent
Client grants the Company permission to photograph and record video of the property exterior and work performed for quality control, record-keeping, and marketing purposes. Images and video may be published on the Company's website, social media, and promotional materials. Property addresses and personal identifying information will not be publicly disclosed. Client may opt out of marketing use by notifying the Company in writing prior to the scheduled service date.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mercer County, New Jersey.

11. Acceptance
By accepting this quote, you authorize Pleasant View Cleaning LLC to perform the described services and agree to all terms above. This electronic acceptance is legally binding under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) and the New Jersey Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
