Agreement clients receive a dedicated point of contact, written service records after every visit, and first availability when scheduling opens. We flag issues as we find them, like a clogged downspout or early algae growth on the roof, before they become repair costs on the next budget cycle.
Seasonal Packages
Seasonal packages are built around the specific needs of storefronts, office buildings, and restaurants, where exterior appearance directly affects foot traffic, tenant satisfaction, and health compliance.
Spring: Salt and sand residue from winter foot traffic gets ground into entrance surfaces, sidewalks, and storefronts. Spring packages address that buildup with facade washing, window cleaning, entrance and sidewalk power washing, and for restaurants, a dumpster pad deep clean heading into warmer months when odors and grease accelerate.
Fall: Window cleaning before daylight hours shorten, gutter clearing ahead of leaf season, and exterior washing before freeze sets in. For restaurants and food-service properties, a fall dumpster pad and grease area cleaning before winter rounds out the package.
